Account Deletion

If you no longer use PerlerBead Pattern Maker, this page explains the deletion scope, processing timeline, and items to confirm in advance. To avoid membership charges or support disputes, handle subscriptions before submitting a deletion request.

1. Before requesting deletion

Step 1

If you still have auto-renewable subscriptions for the current storefront (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly), cancel them first in iPhone Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions.

Step 2

Confirm that this page is showing the in-app account you want to delete. If you recently purchased a plan such as Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime, it is also a good idea to review the subscription status first.

Step 3

Prepare screenshots or descriptions for order issues, unsynced membership, login issues, or other support context.

2. How to submit a deletion request

You can submit a deletion request directly on this page. To avoid accidental deletion, we will verify account information before processing the request.

If the page cannot submit successfully, or you need help with orders, refunds, or membership sync, support is still available as a fallback.

3. What happens after deletion

Data or access that will be removed or disabled

  • Account login ability will be disabled.
  • Pattern history, work records, and related service entries directly linked to the account may no longer be available.
  • You may no longer restore previous membership display or historical support conversations through that account.

Records that may be retained

  • Necessary transaction records for orders, refunds, taxes, or complaint handling.
  • Logs, risk control, and audit records required by law.
  • Minimal evidence needed for historical dispute handling.

4. Processing time and notice

After you submit complete information, we usually complete review and processing within 7 workdays. If refund disputes are unresolved, orders are abnormal, or identity cannot be verified, the timeline may be extended. We will continue the review based on the request record.

Important reminder

Deleting the app, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not cancel Apple auto-renewal and does not equal account deletion. If you do not cancel the current storefront's auto-renewable subscriptions before deletion, Apple may still charge the next billing period.
